Who you are dealing with

SEO Engine is operated by Bish Brands. These terms apply to accounts on www.seoengine.au and www.seoengine.us. Contact info@bishbrands.com with questions or account requests.

Your account and application

Provide accurate contact and business details, use an email address you control and keep your password secure. You must be authorised to apply on behalf of your business. Verify your email to log in. You are responsible for the activity you authorise through your account.

Creating an account submits an application for review. It does not guarantee approval, create a paid subscription or connect or publish to your website. Our team may contact you about your application and setup. You can explore the demonstration workspace while your application is reviewed.

The demonstration workspace

Sample businesses, articles, research, rankings, visits, invoices and team members are illustrative. They are not measured results for your website, a prediction or a guarantee. Demo editing, approvals, invitations and publishing settings change only the sample workspace. They do not publish content, send invitations, spend an article allowance or create a charge.

Your login, password recovery, two-factor authentication and session controls are real account features. Keep recovery codes private. Do not provide passwords, payment information or sensitive personal information in business fields or support messages.

Use of the service

Use your account lawfully. Do not attempt to access another person's account or data, bypass security controls, disrupt the service or use another person's credentials. We may limit access to protect accounts and the service, investigate misuse or meet legal obligations. Contact us if you believe access has been limited incorrectly.

The demonstration materials and SEO Engine design remain ours or our licensors'. You may use them to evaluate the product. Information you provide about your business remains yours, subject to the processing described in our privacy policy.

Paid services and live publication

Pricing, allowances, taxes, payment terms and any live-site service agreement must be confirmed separately before a subscription begins. No payment is taken through this account application. Account approval alone does not certify a website connection or authorise publication.

New client sites require editorial approval by default. Any automatic publication policy must be an explicit authorised choice after website connection and setup. Search rankings and traffic depend on many factors, and we do not promise a particular outcome.

Privacy, support and account closure

Our privacy policy explains how we handle account, technical and contact information. We use your details to operate and secure your account, review the application and discuss setup. An application does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

For help, privacy rights, correction, account closure or deletion requests, contact info@bishbrands.com. We may verify your identity before making an account change. Applicable legal rights and obligations continue to apply, including rights that cannot be excluded by these terms.

Changes

The date above identifies this version. Material changes affecting existing accounts will be communicated through the account or email. Live subscriptions and connected-site processing have their own accepted service terms; these account demonstration terms do not replace them.
